Huali Rock Wool Products, manufactured by Zhuhai Huali Advanced Material Co., Ltd., are made from natural rocks such as basalt and dolomite. The rocks undergo a high-temperature melting process in a cupola, reaching temperatures of approximately 1500°C. The resulting molten lava is then poured into high-speed spinners, where it is transformed into fibers. Simultaneously, a phenolic binder, containing silicon and mineral oil, is evenly sprayed onto the surface of each fiber, ensuring a homogeneous distribution.
