Our Huali Rock Wool Products, manufactured by Zhuhai Huali Advanced Material Co., Ltd., are crafted from natural rock materials such as basalt and dolomite. Through a meticulous process, these rocks are melted at an extremely high temperature of approximately 1500°C in a cupola. The resulting lava-like melts are then poured into high-speed spinners, where they are transformed into fine fibers.
During this transformation, each fiber's surface is evenly coated with a phenolic binder. This binder contains silicon, mineral oil, and other essential components, ensuring a homogenous distribution.
