The molten lava is then poured into high-speed spinners, where it is transformed into fine fibers.
During the fiber production process, a phenolic binder is applied onto the surface of each fiber uniformly. This binder contains silicon, mineral oil, and other additives, ensuring a homogeneous distribution.
