Our manufacturing process involves melting the natural rock in a cupola at an extremely high temperature of about 1500°C. The molten lava is then poured into high-speed spinners, where it is transformed into fibers.
To enhance the quality and performance of our rock wool products, we evenly spray a phenolic binder, which contains silicon and mineral oil, onto the surface of each fiber. This process ensures that the binder is homogeneously distributed, resulting in superior insulation properties and durability.
