Huali Rock Wool Products, manufactured by Zhuhai Huali Advanced Material Co., Ltd., are made from natural rock such as basalt and dolomite. The rocks are melted in a cupola at an extremely high temperature of about 1500°C, resulting in molten lava. This lava is then poured into high-speed spinners, where it is transformed into fine fibers.
To ensure the utmost quality, each fiber is uniformly coated with a phenolic binder that contains silicon, mineral oil, and other essential components. This coating strengthens the fibers and enhances their thermal insulation properties.
