Huali rock wool products, manufactured by Zhuhai Huali Advanced Material Co., Ltd., are made from natural rock such as basalt and dolomite. The natural rock is melted into melts in a cupola at a very high temperature of about 1500°C. The resulting lava is then poured into high-speed spinners, where it is transformed into fine fibers.
During the manufacturing process, a phenolic binder containing silicon and mineral oil is sprayed onto the surface of each fiber, ensuring a homogeneous distribution. This binder enhances the performance and durability of the rock wool products.
