Huali Rock Wool Products, manufactured by Zhuhai Huali Advanced Material Co., Ltd., are crafted using natural rocks such as basalt and dolomite. These rocks are subjected to extreme temperatures of approximately 1500°C in a cupola, resulting in their transformation into melts.
The molten lava is then poured into high-speed spinners, which efficiently convert the melts into fine fibers. Simultaneously, a phenolic binder, containing silicon and mineral oil, is uniformly sprayed onto the surface of each fiber, ensuring a homogeneous distribution.
