Huali Rock Wool Products, manufactured by Zhuhai Huali Advanced Material Co., Ltd., are crafted from natural rocks like basalt and dolomite. These rocks undergo a high-temperature melting process, reaching approximately 1500°C, within a cupola. The resulting lava-like melts are then swiftly poured into high-speed spinners, where they transform into fine fibers.
To enhance the performance of our rock wool products, a phenolic binder is evenly sprayed onto the surface of each fiber. This binder contains essential components such as silicon and mineral oil, ensuring a homogeneous distribution.
