Huali Rock Wool Products, manufactured by Zhuhai Huali Advanced Material Co., Ltd., are made from natural rocks such as basalt and dolomite. These rocks are melted at an extremely high temperature of about 1500°C in a cupola. The resulting molten lava is then poured into high-speed spinners, which transform it into fine fibers.
During this process, a phenolic binder, containing silicon and mineral oil, is uniformly sprayed onto the surface of each fiber. This ensures a homogeneous distribution of the binder, enhancing the overall quality and performance of the rock wool products.
