Huali Rock Wool products, manufactured by Zhuhai Huali Advanced Material Co., Ltd., are crafted from natural rocks such as basalt and dolomite. These rocks undergo a high-temperature melting process, reaching approximately 1500°C, in a cupola. The resulting lava-like melts are then poured into high-speed spinners, transforming them into fine fibers.
During this process, a phenolic binder is applied evenly onto the surface of each fiber. This binder contains silicon, mineral oil, and other beneficial components. The result is a homogeneously coated fiber with enhanced properties.
