Huali Rock Wool products, manufactured by Zhuhai Huali Advanced Material Co., Ltd., are made from natural rocks such as basalt and dolomite. These rocks are melted at an extremely high temperature of approximately 1500°C in a cupola. The molten lava is then poured into high-speed spinners, which transform it into fibers.
During this process, a phenolic binder containing silicon and mineral oil is uniformly sprayed onto the surface of each fiber. This ensures a homogeneous distribution of the binder, enhancing the performance of the final product.
