Huali Rock Wool Products, manufactured by Zhuhai Huali Advanced Material Co., Ltd., are made from natural rock such as basalt and dolomite. The rocks undergo a high-temperature melting process, reaching approximately 1500°C, in a cupola. The resulting lava-like melts are then poured into high-speed spinners, transforming them into fine fibers.
During this process, a phenolic binder, which includes silicon and mineral oil, is evenly sprayed onto the surface of each fiber. This ensures a homogeneous distribution of the binder, enhancing the performance and durability of the rock wool products.
